Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to close-out. The role demands strong leadership, precise planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

You will oversee site activities, ensure on-time delivery within budget, manage risk and safety, conduct inspections, and drive team development across the South Area including Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical (PRC licensed).
• With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
