The role involves evaluating project criteria, preparing designs and cost estimates, and coordinating with multiple trades and authorities to ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts for mechanical work, preparing material take-offs, and providing technical assistance to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Study, evaluate and analyze Project Designed criteria for estimate requirements.
• Prepare basis of design in coordination with the design criteria of client
• Prepare Project Design Concept related to mechanical work requirements.
• Come up with the material take-off and its costs estimate.
• Provide technical assistance to electrical engineers related to mechanical equipment that requires electrical power supply.
• Develop project technical specifications.
• Conduct on site inspection to ensure that installations are in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with other trades to clarify mechanical requirements of the project.
• Coordinate with Utilities and other government authorities to ensure that the design shall be within their standard requirements.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned to from time to time.
