Job summary

TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, Inc. seeks a seasoned Marketing Head to drive branding, enrollments, and community engagement in Tagum, Davao del Norte. Lead strategic initiatives across traditional and digital marketing to position the academy as the region’s premier driving school.

You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, create compelling content, foster partnerships with schools and local businesses, and measure program ROI to boost student enrollment and brand equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing leadership.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profile, local SEO.
• Data-driven with ability to optimize budgets.
• Excellent English and Cebuano/Tagalog communication.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enrollments.
• Lead paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and local channels.
• Create content (video, imagery, copy) that communicates values and success stories.
• Establish partnerships with schools, businesses, and agencies for group enrollments.
• Track KPIs and ROI; monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
• Design seasonal promotions and referral programs; sponsor local events.
• Manage staff or agency partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
