Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is required.
• Philippine citizenship is required.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience including leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and brand growth.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in Technology, E-commerce or high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer and performance marketing skills.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance in regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, PM and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social media, PR, partnerships and performance channels.
• Identify consumer trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to improve positioning.
• Lead and mentor the local marketing team and manage external agencies.
• Oversee relationships with media partners, PR firms and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional teams on brand execution and go-to-market plans.
• Ensure all communications comply with local financial advertising regulations.
