Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance reporting for our marketing program. You will lead two Marketing Coordinators, drive HubSpot automation, and ensure brand integrity across all assets.

You will collaborate with US leadership on KPI tracking, budgets, and quarterly plans while upholding compliance standards and maintaining a proactive content calendar aligned with market campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and roadmap: Quarterly marketing planning, KPI tracking, and weekly reporting to US leadership.
• Team leadership: Manage and develop two Marketing Coordinators. Run weekly standups, set priorities, remove blockers, conduct performance reviews.
• Brand stewardship: Maintain the company's voice, visual identity, and quality across assets. Approve all work before delivery.
• HubSpot ownership: Operate and continuously improve HubSpot for marketing automation, drip campaigns, and reporting.
• Compliance workflow: Partner with compliance firm on flyers, emails, and campaigns to meet TRID/RESPA/UDAAP and state rules.
• MLO satisfaction: Run marketing intake, enforce 48-hour SLA, and gather monthly feedback from the MLO advisory group.
• Content calendar: Own the rolling 90-day calendar for rate flyers, market updates, social content, and realtor materials.
• Process documentation: Maintain the team's playbook in Waybook with workflows, brand guidelines, and templates.
• Reporting: Monthly marketing performance reports covering SLA, drip metrics, MLO adoption, and asset volume.
• Quarterly planning: Build subsequent quarterly plans and budgets from performance data.

• Compliance workflow: Partner with the compliance consulting firm on every flyer, email, and campaign. Ensure all materials meet TRID, RESPA, UDAAP, and state-level requirements.
• MLO satisfaction: Run the marketing intake process, hold the team to a 48-hour SLA, and gather feedback from the MLO advisory group monthly.
• Content calendar: Own the rolling 90-day content calendar covering rate flyers, market updates, social content, realtor materials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Process documentation: Maintain the team's playbook in Waybook including request workflows, brand guidelines, and Claude prompt templates.
• Reporting: Monthly marketing performance reports including SLA compliance, drip metrics, MLO adoption, and asset production volume.
