We're looking for a marketing operator who can think strategically, build systems, leverage AI, and directly contribute to business growth. About the Role

You will own the marketing function from strategy to execution and results.

Responsibilities

• Owning marketing-sourced leads and attributed signed contracts across both our HOA/Condo and Investor/Landlord businesses
• Building and optimizing AI-powered systems and automations
• Managing vendors, freelancers, and marketing contributors
• Creating visibility across the entire funnel, from lead generation to signed contracts
• Continuously identifying manual processes that can be automated and improved

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading a marketing function, not just executing tasks
• Is comfortable owning pipeline and revenue goals
• Is genuinely passionate about AI and automation and can build solutions independently
• Knows how to manage people, projects, and vendors effectively
• Thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership without constant direction
• Experience in real estate, property management, or the Boston market is a plus, but not required.
