You will oversee data security, maintain IT infrastructure operations, and manage the department budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role covers three properties and remote processing for steady operations.

Responsibilities

• Directing and organizing IT-related projects
• Monitoring and analyzing technology and trends that could improve the company’s processes and performance
• Ensuring the company’s data remains secure by keeping up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and ways to prevent them
• Managing the IT department’s budget and expenditures
• Ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure
• Communicating with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires
• Planning and implementing additions and modifications to the existing IT infrastructure
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts for services
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Handles the three properties thru remote process
