Our Clients in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology operations, infrastructure, systems, and IT strategy. The role is onsite with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and morning shift.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and has 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership and governance of IT budgets, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, including leadership or management.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading IT teams and technology projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
