Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to plan, deploy, operate, and maintain IT infrastructure across offices and distribution centers. The role covers network, servers, storage, data center cabling, CCTV, and end-user support, requiring hands-on technical skills and strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in network/desktop maintenance, with CCNA or similar certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in network and desktop maintenance.
• Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, H3CNE or above are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select network equipment and plan the network architecture of the distribution center and office.
• Guide suppliers to complete weak current engineering and data center construction.
• Assist in formulating IT operation and maintenance specifications to ensure security and stability of information systems.
• Guide regional IT to rack and unrack network devices and servers, and organize cabinet wiring.
• Configure CCTV system and guide supplier on construction standards.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues and provide cybersecurity awareness training to colleagues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor network performance and adjust bandwidth usage as needed.
