HRTx Inc. seeks a strategic Head of IT to lead the organization’s technology roadmap and ensure seamless operation across multiple mall sites from Quezon City. This role demands hands-on IT expertise, strong leadership, and a track record in retail environments.

You will drive IT governance, vendor management, and digital transformation projects while guiding a high-performing team to deliver reliable systems and secure networks across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; IT leadership exp. of 10+ years preferred.
• Proven track record in retail or mall operations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, enterprise systems, networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing multi-site IT infrastructure and digital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business goals for mall/retail operations.
• Oversee IT operations for system availability, networks, and cybersecurity across sites.
• Lead design and deployment of systems supporting retail operations, POS, CRM and apps.
• Manage mall IT infrastructure: servers, networks, hardware, security systems, and IoT/automation.
