Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor / Sales Associate in Manila to build client relationships, assess financial needs, and tailor insurance or investment solutions. You will greet walk-in clients and bank customers, educate on products, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to post-sale service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 months in financial services, with excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• 6+ months of relevant experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Willing to be deployed to an assigned bank branch location.
• Licensing credit or insurance license is an advantage (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with bank personnel to drive client referrals and leads.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend insurance or investment solutions.
• Provide personalized consultations to walk-in clients and bank customers on protection and wealth-building options.
• Educate clients on savings, insurance, and investment-linked products to meet financial goals.
• Ensure smooth sales process from initial consultation to policy issuance and post-sale servicing.
• Expand client base through after-sales engagement and follow-ups.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Comply with regulatory and company policies with complete and accurate documentation.
