Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial functions.
• Strong experience in Pharmaceutical or Insurance industries.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
