Job summary

Software Ventures International is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and daily operation of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, develop and enforce policies, manage the IT budget, and evaluate solutions and vendors to meet current and future business needs.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Electronics Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations (network admin, security, cloud, data protection).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in IT operations.
• Experience with IT tools such as VoIP, VPN, LAN/WAN.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage IT operations for optimal performance, availability, and security.

• Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in IT Operations
• With experience in using IT tools, such as VoIP, VPN, LAN/WAN
• With experience in troubleshooting techniques and methods
