Inventory Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling IT activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, and compliance.
You will oversee daily IT operations, network management, system security, infrastructure, servers, hardware, and software; lead projects and process improvements across units. The ideal candidate has a BS in IT/CS, at least 5 years in leadership, and strong skills in VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, PHP, SQL
Fully responsible and accountable for the proper management of the IT Department, focusing on planning, organizing, and controlling IT activities and deliverables with accuracy, completeness, timeliness, efficiency, and compliance.
Oversee daily IT operations, network management, system security, and technical support
Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, hardware, and software
Assess business and departmental IT requirements and implement appropriate solutions
Lead system development, automation, IT projects, and process improvements
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and technology plans
Monitor IT budget, expenses, and technology-related purchases
Lead, coach, and evaluate IT personnel
Prepare required IT reports and provide technical and strategic recommendations to management
Work closely in collaboration with other support departments and business units to coordinate planning activities and implementation of initiatives involving specific developmental projects; work systems/process flow improvements; manpower and TMS; product development; engineering services and other related technical support.
Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong programming/application development skills in VB, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, PHP, and VBA
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or other RDBMS
Knowledge of MS Office Automation, scripting, web design, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and RDLC
Proficient in managing servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN hardware
Knowledge of ACL, NAT, traffic analysis, and firewall configuration
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
