Job summary

Forever Flawless Face and Body Center, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an IT Supervisor to lead the IT team, oversee the Head Office, and provide technical support to onsite and remote staff.

You will install, maintain, and upgrade network equipment, servers, databases, and security tools, while troubleshooting complex IT issues. The role requires 3+ years in technical support and 2+ years in supervision, plus strong English communication and Windows proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
• Preferably 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and oversee IT personnel, technology, and services.
• Supervise Head Office and IT teams providing technical support to onsite and remote employees.
• Install, update, test, and maintain network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Analyze existing computer systems and recommend upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain IT operations: OS, security tools, applications, servers, email, firewall, networks, devices.
• Install office internet, landline, and access points.
• Laptop repair and troubleshooting; CCTV and biometrics configuration and maintenance.
• Ensure security of all IT peripherals and maintain IT asset inventory.

• Lead, train, and oversees all IT Personnel, technology, and services.
• Day-to-day supervision of the company’s Head office and IT Teams in providing technical support to both onsite and remote employees
• Installs, updates, tests, and maintains network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology. Assists with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.
• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, firewall, network, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Install office internet, landline and access points
• Laptop repair and troubleshooting
• Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics
• Security of all IT peripherals
• Inventory of all IT assets
• Graduate of any Technical or IT-related courses (such as BS Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology)
• Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support Field
• Preferably with at least 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must have good oral and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Windows operating system
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
