Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking a Head of Performance & Growth to own the paid acquisition economics and growth strategy across digital channels. You will lead a cross-functional performance marketing team, set targets, and drive incremental revenue at the brand level.

The role combines strategy with strong emphasis on analytics, CRO/CRM, and cross-channel optimization, working with platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, Shopee, and Lazada to maximize ROAS and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise across TikTok Ads, Meta, Google/YouTube, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performance marketing teams.
• Strong background in growth analytics, attribution modeling, and incrementality measurement.
• Experience with CRO, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing is strongly preferred.
• Background in beauty, FMCG, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer brands is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own Dermorepubliq’s paid acquisition strategy across all performance channels, with full accountability for GMV contribution, CAC, and ROAS at a brand level.
