Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation seeks a Head of Affiliate & KOL Marketing to lead the end‑to‑end affiliate and influencer programs across platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok creator commerce. You will own strategy, acquisition, activation, and scaling of creators while ensuring brand safety and alignment with the broader marketing plan.

You will oversee KOL strategy and marketplace exploration on Shopee and Lazada as these channels mature, building high‑value relationships with key creators

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator commerce.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise in TikTok affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop is required.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs that drive measurable GMV and acquisition results.
• Experience managing KOL relationships and designing influencer campaigns that deliver both brand and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full Affiliate & KOL Marketing function, setting strategic direction, team goals, and performance standards.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Affiliate & KOL team, building a high‑performing group.
• Develop annual and quarterly affiliate and KOL strategy aligned with GMV and brand targets.
• Define the affiliate program's commercial framework including commissions and incentives.
• Report performance to Marketing Director with insights and recommendations.
