Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Performance Media Officer to manage digital content and coordinate e-commerce and performance marketing initiatives across online platforms. The role ensures timely execution of campaigns, maintains accurate product content, and uses data analytics to optimize campaigns and drive online sales.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, Creative teams, and external agencies to implement paid media across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in e-commerce, digital/ performance marketing, or content management, FMCG preferred.
• Experience managing content/campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid digital media is highly preferred.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, traffic, and online sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update product listings and digital content across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and agencies to run campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid media and platform advertising on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
• Ensure content accuracy and brand consistency; implement promotions on time.
• Monitor campaign performance: sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CTR, CPC.
• Prepare performance reports and data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional calendars, assets, requirements, and platform submissions.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize campaign performance and media investments.
• Monitor e-commerce trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
