Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking an experienced finance leader to head FP&A for the group, driving monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual plans and expense management. You will report to the Philippines CFO in a high-visibility role within the Asia finance organization, guiding strategy, performance analysis and finance transformation initiatives across entities.

The role requires 10–15 years in FP&A, strong reporting skills, and preference for insurance industry experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in financial planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Preference for insurance industry experience.
• Self-starter with ability to drive execution and deliver results.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A across Sun Life Philippines group, guiding forecasts and annual plan.
• Manage expense oversight and value analysis to support growth.
• Partner with Business Development and Project Management for finance support.
• Ensure compliance with expense policies and internal controls.
