Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking an FP&A professional to support monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze revenue, expenses and margins, build financial models and dashboards, and provide insights to drive management decisions using Excel, SAP and BI tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong communication and attention to detail, and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting results.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, management reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, accruals, and other key financial metrics.
