Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines seeks a senior FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and expense management across the group. The role reports to the Philippines CFO and collaborates with Asia finance to shape the strategic plan and deliver value across entities.

You will manage monthly/quarterly forecasts, lead a team, enhance financial reporting, and enable finance transformation while ensuring governance and timely insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA/CFA or actuarial background preferred.
• 10–15 years in FP&A, financial reporting, and expense analysis with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and initiative spend value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support to CFO; lead forecast, annual plan and KPI analysis.
• Manage expense lines across entities; ensure compliance with policies and drive cost optimization.
• Partner with business units on projects; deliver timely, actionable financial insights to leadership.
