Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager in the Philippines with 10–14 years of experience in FP&A and finance transformation. You will lead transformation workstreams, redesign processes, and guide system implementation across multiple entities, helping to align planning with business strategy.

You will build scalable financial models, drive adoption of new tools like Anaplan, Power BI, and OneStream, and develop talent within the FP&A team while partnering with leaders

Qualifications

• 10 - 14 years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience leading or playing a senior role in a finance transformation, ERP, EPM implementation, or large-scale process improvement initiative.
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, or multinational environment preferred.
• Prior people management experience required; experience managing managers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A transformation workstreams, including process redesign, system implementation, and operating model change.
• Define and champion the future-state vision for planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the enterprise.
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business strategy.
• Drive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working; develop change management plans and training to support embedding.
• Oversee the development of the annual budget, multi-year strategic plan, and rolling forecasts.
• Deliver high-quality financial reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary for senior leadership and the Board.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the financial plan and proactively surface them to leadership.
• Standardize and automate reporting and forecasting processes to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
• Develop scalable data models and financial frameworks that support business growth and complexity.
• Establish governance and controls around planning processes and outputs.
• Develop and implement complimenting Agentic ,GenAI solutions for FP&A as a function and to compliment existing client landscape like Anaplan , OneStream etc
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A analysts and managers, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as a trusted business partner to commercial, operations, and functional leaders.
• Influence without authority across a matrixed organization; build strong relationships at all levels.
• Key transformation workstreams delivered on time and embedded in the business.
• Improved forecast accuracy and reduced planning cycle times.
• FP&A team operating as a high-value business partner, not just a reporting function
