Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive planning, forecasting and expense management for the group of Sun Life entities in the Philippines. The role reports to the Philippines CFO and interfaces with Asia finance leadership to deliver value and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in FP&A and expense analysis; finance transformation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting for internal and external purposes.
• Insurance industry experience preferred; capable of driving results with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide FP&A support to the CFO on initiative spend value analysis and finance transformation.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasts, business reviews, and annual plans for Philippines leadership.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project Management for finance perspective on projects.
• Manage all expense lines across entities and ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor activities and provide recommendations on budgets and expense controls.
