Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Head of Operations in the Philippines to lead our backend ecommerce operations. You will manage the operations team, oversee inventory, orders, returns, and fulfillment, and drive cross-functional collaboration with logistics, platforms, and clients.

You will develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and SOPs to improve performance, cost efficiency, and customer experience. A strong leadership track record in a fast-paced ecommerce environment is essential.

• Proven experience leading a large operations organization in ecommerce.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the operations team for backend ecommerce activities in the Philippines.
• Oversee inventory, orders, returns, and fulfillment with KPIs.
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics, platforms, and clients to ensure flawless execution.
• Develop data dashboards and analytics to drive improvements and cost optimization.
• Establish SOPs and scalable processes across operation models.
