Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Head of Ecommerce Operations to lead end-to-end ecommerce operations in the Philippines. You will oversee fulfilment, inventory, warehousing and logistics, while driving data-driven improvements and SOPs across product categories.

You will manage a team of 5 Operations Executives, collaborate with 3PLs and commercial teams, and support P&L performance through resource optimization and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehousing, logistics or fulfilment in ecommerce.
• Strong inventory management and 3PL partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing teams and developing performers.
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker.
• Experience creating scalable SOPs and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ecommerce operations including fulfilment and warehousing.
• Manage and develop a team of 5 Operations Executives.
• Oversee post-purchase customer journey for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to optimize performance.
• Monitor inventory health and warehouse KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Develop and refine SOPs and operating models.
• Drive cost efficiency, scalability, and service levels.
• Coordinate with Brand Management and Commercial teams.
• Lead client-facing operational discussions and escalation.
• Negotiate with external partners to meet objectives.
• Support P&L planning and resource optimization.
• Ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
