Job summary

Intrepid Asia in the Philippines seeks a Head of Operations to lead the ecommerce backend, including inventory, orders, returns, and fulfillment.

You will manage a large operations team, drive data-driven improvements, and coordinate with 3PLs, marketplaces, and clients to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in fast-paced ecommerce environments.

Qualifications

• University degree in any related field.
• 7-10 years leading a large operations organization, preferably ecommerce.
• Demonstrated success in the management of people and strong leadership traits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train operations team and oversee backend operations for Ecommerce management business in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics Providers, Ecommerce platforms and clients to ensure successful fulfillment, orders and returns processes.
• Drive daily/monthly operational data reports, analyze data, and propose data-backed improvements.
• Develop and implement SOPs for various operational models and regional initiatives to improve efficiency and capabilities.
• Negotiate agreements with vendors and collaboration partners.
