Qualifications

• University degree in any related field.
• 7-10 years of experience leading a large operations organization, especially in ecommerce.
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize SOPs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the operations team to manage backend ecommerce operations for the Philippines.
• Oversee inventory, orders, returns, and fulfillment, coordinating with logistics partners and clients.
• Develop data dashboards, analyze performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
• Own regional initiatives and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
