Job summary

Angkas, the Philippines’ leading motorcycle ride-hailing platform, is seeking a Head of Analytics to own the data function end-to-end. You’ll lead a team, do hands-on data work, and partner with leadership to shape business thinking rather than just report on it.

You’ll manage analytics roadmap, drive driver incentive programs, pricing, retention, unit economics, and governance, collaborate across product, operations, and finance, and ensure trustworthy data through robust pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or data science with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities with hands-on work.
• Solid background in experimentation and causal inference.
• Experience with BI tools for analytics and dashboards.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling of complex findings.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics roadmap and prioritize impactful work.
• Lead and develop the analytics team and collaborate with leadership.
• Oversee data governance, pipelines, and data lineage.
• Work with executives across product, operations, and finance.
