Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) in Manila is seeking a Retention & Loyalty Supervisor to build the analytics backbone for biker retention and earnings programs. You will lead a team of Operations Data Analysts, ensure data accuracy, and translate strategic priorities into actionable data projects.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Finance, monitor incentive spending, and present insights to senior stakeholders. The role offers hybrid work from the Manila hub or remote options and a path to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or business intelligence preferably within tech/ride-hailing/fintech/marketplace.
• Experience managing or supervising a team of analysts with coaching and KPI achievement.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience translating business objectives into data-driven strategies, product briefs, or operational frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or loyalty systems (Open Loyalty or similar is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to present data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Operations Data Analysts with clear KPIs and regular check-ins.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all data reports and financial outputs as final reviewer.
• Translate strategic priorities into analytical workstreams and data projects across Operations.
• Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing driver segmentation, churn, incentives, CLTV/CAC, and productivity.
• Monitor incentive spend, budget utilization, and commission program economics; flag variances.
• Act as escalation point for Analysts, coordinating with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
• Support planning, KPI scorecards, and presentations linking outputs to biker livelihoods.
• Handle additional related responsibilities as needed.
