• Bachelor’s degree (4-year or 5-year course) preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the credit card industry.
• Significant background in risk management within the credit card domain.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSP, BIR, Republic Acts).

• Lead the operational risk function by ensuring the timely and accurate identification, assessment, measurement, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across the organization.
• Prepare and submit accurate, complete, and timely risk reports including RCSA, Loss Events, KRIs, and Issues/Actions using the Operational Risk Management System (ORMS).
• Formulate policies, guidelines, and procedures to implement the risk framework across RCBC Bankard Services Corporation, alongside designing effective control test plans.
• Establish systems to identify, track, report, escalates and resolve issues.
• Perform risk assessment, evaluation of implications and impact, and action items.
