RCBC seeks a senior banker to implement strategies, lead a team of Relationship Managers and Associates, and oversee marketing and delivery of bank products to commercial and SME clients. You will review, endorse, and present credit proposals to the appropriate approving bodies.

The role requires substantial leadership, deep credit analysis knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-selling and client acquisitions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Formación

• 10+ years in credit analysis and account management.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, regulations and documentation.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent decision-making and planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors strategies for the Group Head and Division Head.
• Directly manages RMs/RAs; marketing and delivery of bank products to commercial/SME clients.
• Reviews and endorses credit proposals to appropriate bodies.
• Supervises RM performance, analyzes monthly results, and plans improvements.
