Sunnies is seeking a Corporate Services Senior Manager to oversee Engineering & Facilities, Information Systems, and Administrative Services. The role focuses on operational excellence, compliance, cost efficiency, and service delivery to support store operations, HQ, warehouse, and expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will lead scalable support systems and high-performing teams, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution across multiple sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in corporate services, operations, or related fields.
• Strong background in facilities management, IT systems, and admin operations.
• Proven track record in managing large projects, process improvements, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance big-picture planning with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations of Sunnies HQ, stores, and warehouse facilities.
• Ensure safety, security, and operational standards across sites.
• Lead store fit-out, renovation, and engineering projects per brand standards.
• Drive preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Manage contractors and vendors for quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Oversee IT infrastructure supporting HQ, warehouse, and retail operations.
• Lead IT support operations, service desk, and SLA management.
• Oversee administrative operations including procurement, logistics, and workplace services.
• Align corporate services initiatives with growth and expansion plans.
• Establish metrics and reporting to track service performance and costs.
