Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate services, operations, or related fields.
• Strong background in facilities management, IT systems, and administrative operations.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, process improvements, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering & Facilities, Information Systems, and Administrative Services to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Lead store, HQ, and warehouse facilities management, including projects, maintenance, and procurement.
• Drive governance, cost optimization, and service delivery with metrics and reporting.
• Build and lead a proactive corporate services team connected to retail, e-commerce, and expansion initiatives.
