Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a strategic Head of Content to build and lead the organisation's content function. The role will own content strategy across traditional search, social channels and AI-driven discovery platforms.

We aim to create authoritative, useful content that strengthens brand credibility, generates demand and improves online discovery. You will manage writers, set editorial standards and collaborate across SEO, growth, design and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant content marketing or editorial experience.
• Proven ability to develop and own content strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong SEO understanding.
• Experience leading writers or content teams and analysing content performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall content strategy.
• Build quarterly and annual content roadmaps.
• Manage website, blog, landing pages and thought leadership content.
• Develop content strategies for SEO, AEO and AI search.
• Identify topics based on audience needs and opportunities.
• Establish editorial standards and brand voice.
• Collaborate with SEO, growth, design and client-facing teams.
• Create executive thought-leadership content and customer stories.
• Monitor content performance and optimise accordingly.
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels.
• Build scalable content-production workflows.
