Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for the Beverage category to lead brand strategy development and execution. You will analyze market and consumer insights and collaborate across functions to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and product innovations.

You will monitor trends, manage campaigns, and drive successful launches with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and NPD teams, ensuring strong brand equity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, and market research.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns, new product launches, and brand strategy implementation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
• Monitor brand performance, consumer trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and improve business results.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and NPD teams to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.
• Partner with IMC, Activation teams, agencies, and media partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations that enhance consumer engagement and brand equity.
• Analyze campaign and product performance using data-driven insights and key metrics, providing recommendations to continuously improve effectiveness and achieve growth targets.
