Job summary

Metrobank in Pasay City seeks a Head of Collections Strategies and Business Performance to lead the unit, shaping collection strategies across systems and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage projects, optimize system performance (Tallyman, predictive dialer, Adeptra), and drive measurable improvements in delinquency and credit losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 7 years experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably handling officers and staff.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with IT programming (SQL, VB, Sybase) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy formulation and execution for the Collections unit.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent strategy execution and drive productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with IT and other units; manage projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee performance of collections systems (Tallyman, Predictive Dialer System, Adeptra CCS) and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct periodic performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Ensure delinquency reduction and Net Credit Loss objectives are met.
