Job summary

Servare Healthcare Insurance Broker Inc. is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead the client portfolio, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, retention, and service quality. You will coordinate with care teams and HMOs to address needs and drive wellness initiatives.

The role emphasizes client visits, utilization analysis, and strong relationship management across corporate accounts, with focus on end-to-end service delivery in a start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HMO sales experience required.
• Strong CRM and Account Management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Healthcare insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Willing to work for a start-up company.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of Servare’s client portfolio with focus on satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; address HMO requirements and concerns.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Head to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Oversee client visits, utilization reviews, and annual wellness programs.
• Lead wellness initiatives and coordinate with providers and HMOs.
• Prepare and present utilization reports; provide insights for renewal discussions.
• Contribute to client benefit orientations with Business Development.
• Develop and maintain healthcare provider and wellness partnerships.
• Document issues and drive timely resolution across internal teams and partners.
