Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking an Account Officer to nurture relationships with assigned corporate accounts, ensuring sales targets are met by aligning services with client needs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, at least two years in a related field, and experience in TPA/HMO or insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in related field with a proven track record.
• Experience in TPA / HMO or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enrollment requirements for new accounts are met and endorsed by Sales Team.
• Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with clients through regular visits and address concerns for satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise between internal teams and corporate accounts to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
• Coordinate with medical insurance providers for seamless enrollment and claims handling.
