Job summary

Provide Innovative Solutions Marketing Inc. seeks a Corporate Account Supervisor in Quezon City to manage and retain corporate HMO and insurance clients.

You will oversee account servicing, renewals, and employee benefit orientations, while identifying cross-selling opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, experience with HR stakeholders, and a background in HMO providers, insurance agencies, or brokerages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HMO corporate sales, account management, client retention and renewals, insurance brokerage and employee benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR personnel, and decision-makers.
• Handle annual contract renewals and implement client retention strategies.
• Provide after-sales support, claims assistance, enrollment updates, and account servicing.
• Conduct HMO and insurance benefit orientations for employees.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for HMO, life insurance, and non-life insurance products.
• Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare utilization reports, renewal presentations, and account reviews.
• Support premium collection follow-ups and account reconciliation.
• Conduct client visits and attend networking or industry events as required.
