Job summary

Offshorly, Ltd. is seeking a Head of Delivery to own the operational backbone of how we deliver work across a portfolio of global clients.

You will define quality standards, playbooks, and mentoring for Project Managers and delivery teams, and you will be the escalation point for delivery issues. This role combines strategic input with practical execution, offering autonomy to shape the delivery model as CAST grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
• Experience managing remote cross-functional digital teams (Developers, PMs, QA, Designers).
• Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices and ability to redesign processes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality and standards across all client projects and CAST units, including onboarding for new clients.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to align resources, track timelines, and elevate risk to leadership when needed.
• Set and track OKRs for delivery, productivity, and quality; mentor PMs and team leads.
• Build and evolve delivery playbooks and contribute to delivery strategy as CAST matures.
• Manage client relationships and external touchpoints; support account management where possible.
