SmartConsulting.net in Manila is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to own and elevate the brand equity of our online gaming portfolio across two brands—premium and mass-market. You will lead brand strategy, sponsorships, PR, and creative, while managing the in-house creative team in a regulated, fast-moving market.

The role requires a proven background in online gambling/iGaming, experience navigating PAGCOR regulations, and the ability to align brand activity with performance objectives.

Competenze

• Proven senior brand marketing experience within online gambling / iGaming.
• Track record building and scaling gaming brands in a regulated environment.
• Experience in Philippine market and PAGCOR-regulated advertising environment.
• Strong command of sponsorships, PR, awareness media, and creative leadership.
• Experience managing in-house creative teams and external agencies.

• Own brand strategy, identity, and guidelines for two distinct brands (premium and mass-market).
• Lead sponsorship strategy, asset management, and ambassador deals.
• Own PR, corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management.
• Plan and manage above-the-line awareness media (TV, OOH, radio, digital).
• Own organic social presence, content, and community across both brands.
