Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of online casino/iGaming experience.
• 2–3 years in a senior casino role (e.g., Casino Manager, Casino Product Manager).
• Strong knowledge of Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Bingo and other products.
• Solid understanding of KPIs including Turnover, GGR, NGR, RTP, Hold, Active Players, Retention, LTV, and Promotion ROI.
• Proven ability to translate data into commercial actions.
• Experience working with CRM, BI/Data, Risk, Product, Marketing and Operations teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive overall casino GGR, NGR, and revenue performance.
• Monitor performance by game, provider, category, and player segment.
• Analyze key metrics including Turnover, GGR, NGR, RTP/Hold, Active Players, Bet Count, Retention, LTV, and Promotion ROI.
• Identify revenue opportunities and underperforming areas, and recommend clear actions for improvement.
• Work closely with BI/Data teams on casino performance dashboards and reporting.
• Manage the overall portfolio across Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Bingo, Crash, and other products.
• Evaluate which games should be promoted, repositioned, retained, or removed based on performance.
• Coordinate new game integrations, releases, configurations, and operational issues with providers.
• Develop testing plans for new games and measure their performance.
• Plan game- and provider-specific campaigns with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Measure promotional performance based on incremental revenue, engagement, retention, and ROI.
• Monitor competitor portfolios and stay updated on providers, games, and opportunities.
