Job summary

SmartConsulting.net is seeking an Activation Manager to oversee activations across two brands from concept to post-event analysis. You will manage on-ground events, partnerships, and sponsorships with a focus on measurable outcomes like sign-ups and first deposits.

The role requires 5+ years in brand activation or sponsorship marketing, with a strong network of agencies and venues in the Philippines. Evening/weekend events are common; iGaming experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand activation, experiential or sponsorship marketing, agency or in-house.
• Experience activating sports, entertainment or lifestyle sponsorships in the Philippines.
• Track record tying activations to measurable sign-ups or sales.
• Strong network of activation agencies, promoters, talent and venues.
• Online gaming / iGaming experience strongly preferred; betting, telco, e-wallet or beverage brand experience also considered.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends around events.

Responsibilities

• Plan the activation calendar for both brands around sponsorships, game launches, holidays and major events.
• Develop activation concepts with the Brand Marketing Managers for on-ground events and experiences.
• Activate sponsorship and partnership rights: branding, hospitality, content days, ambassador appearances.
• Build the link from on-ground to online: QR sign-ups, promo codes, affiliate and agent tracking.
• Brief the Production Manager and Art Director on builds and activation creative.
• Manage activation agencies, promoters and talent; negotiate scopes and fees.
• Ensure every activation meets PAGCOR rules, age-gating, venue permits and responsible gaming requirements.
• Own activation budgets and write post-activation reports on cost, sign-ups, FTDs and CPA.
• Lead and develop the Activation Executives.
