Home Credit Philippines is seeking an enterprise AI leader to drive a unified AI vision across all departments, govern AI initiatives, and deliver measurable business value through scalable AI solutions.

The role requires strong executive collaboration, cloud platform expertise, and track record of delivering AI at enterprise scale within financial services. Expect strategic leadership and cross-functional impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Enterprise AI leadership across product, platform, data science, and governance
• Experience implementing BSP and Philippine Data Privacy Act compliance for AI systems
• Track record of transitioning incubated products to BAU owners while incubating next-gen LLM initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define AI vision, roadmap, and investment priorities; align with EXCO priorities
• Orchestrate AI solutions across departments such as Collections, Sales, Risk, and Customer Service
• Oversee unified AI platform, MLOps/LLMOps standards, data pipelines, and security
• Transition incubated products to Product Managers and incubate new LLM initiatives
• Drive governance, culture, adoption, and capability building for responsible AI use
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and ROI for AI initiatives

Job description

Lead the enterprise ‑ wide AI strategy and execution across all departments—including but not limited to Collections, Sales/Acquisition, Risk Management, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, Online & Mobile, Marketing, and PMO. Develop, communicate, and implement a unified vision for AI that aligns with the overall business objectives and priorities of the organization. Deliver measurable business value through the deployment of AI solutions that drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to oversee AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Promote sustainable adoption of AI technologies at scale by providing strategic guidance, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring continuous improvement in AI capabilities. Closely collaborate with Innovation & Emerging Tech effort to discover the new AI technologies, framework, services and harness them to leapfrog our business and tech to the next level. Continuously collaborate with department leaders to identify high-impact use cases, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that AI investments yield tangible outcomes for the business.

What You’ll Do

• Enterprise AI Strategy & Portfolio: Define AI vision, roadmap, and investment priorities; balance productization, platform & infrastructure, data science/LLMs, and agentic AI; align with EXCO priorities
• Department Enablement & Use‑Case Delivery: Orchestrate solutions for Collections, Sales, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing/Online.
• Technology Platform & Architecture Leadership: Oversee unified AI platform (various functions/focused areas, potentially on Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps standards, data pipelines, CI/CD, observability, component reuse; ensure security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Productization & Scale-up: Transition incubated products (e.g., SAGE, Copilot) to dedicated Product Managers; incubate next‑gen LLM initiatives (propensity‑to‑pay classifier, hyper‑personalization MVP, instruction‑tuned internal AI assistant).
• Partnerships & Ecosystem (Collaboration only): Collaborate with Innovation & Emerging Tech Leader on external partnerships, vendor showcases, industry/academic engagement.
• Culture, Adoption & Capability Building: Drive enterprise-wide AI fluency through AI Ambassadors, Knowledge Hub, train‑the‑trainer programs, department‑specific training paths and certifications for responsible adoption.
• Benefits Realization & ROI: Define success metrics/dashboards; track operational efficiencies, revenue lift, CX improvements, risk reduction; ensure sustained BAU performance post‑deployment.
• Culture, Adoption & Capability Building: Drive enterprise-wide AI fluency through AI Ambassadors, Knowledge Hub, train‑the‑trainer programs, department‑specific training paths and certifications for responsible adoption.

What You Need to Have

• Enterprise AI leadership across product, platform, data science, and governance
• Cloud AI stack expertise (Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, security, cost optimization
• Governance expertise (privacy, BSP, audit), model risk management, bias detection/mitigation
• Executive stakeholder management, partnership negotiation, benefits‑realization reporting
• 10+ years technology leadership in financial services/lending with enterprise‑scale AI delivery
• Experience implementing BSP and Philippine Data Privacy Act compliance for AI systems
• Track record of transitioning incubated products to BAU owners while incubating next‑gen LLM initiatives
