Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks an AI Product Manager to lead voicebot strategies and execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and end‑to‑end delivery of voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow, guiding Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations and fulfillment logic.

You will partner with operations, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable AI capabilities, while leading a cross‑functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA

Qualifications

• Has 3+ years in AI-related roles.
• Knowledge of ML, DL, and NLP methodologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML data processing, model development, deployment (MLOps).
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data architectures; Azure fundamentals certs are a plus.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.

About The Job

The AI Product Manager – VoiceBOTs plays an organization-wide leadership role in the strategic development, deployment, and ownership of conversational AI solutions, specifically voicebots, across Home Credit Philippines.

What You Will Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow.
• VoiceBOT Ownership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of voicebot products, from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Technical Oversight
  • Provide hands‑on guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with operations, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage a cross‑functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers.

What You Should Have

• Has more than 3 years of work experience related to AI field
• Working knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP methodologies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including data processing, model development, and deployment (MLOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data architectures. Preferred: Fundamental-level Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
