Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Developer to build and maintain production software and AI-enabled analytics tools. You will design and ship components that enable AI agents, knowledge systems, and data-driven insights for analysts working with live client data.

You’ll work across data platforms, implement LLM-driven features, and own end-to-end delivery from conception through deployment and support. The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, Git discipline, and clear communication across time

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and maintaining production software or data applications.
• Strong Python and SQL in real codebases, not just notebooks.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs - prompting, tool use, and structured output.
• Git and collaborative development practices including branching, review, and testing.
• Clear written communication and ability to work across time zones, with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain applications, agents, and automation for the Account Analytics organization.
• Write clean, documented code that others can extend.
• Integrate across data platforms, APIs, internal services, and reporting systems.
• Own components end to end from design to deployment and support.
• Implement LLM-based components: agents, tool interfaces, structured outputs, and orchestration.
• Develop evaluation harnesses to measure improvements and ensure robust testing.
