Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP HCM Manager to lead the strategic direction and implementation of Human Capital Management solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You will oversee a team in design, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM modules, aligning systems with business objectives and workforce strategies.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and finance to identify process improvements and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HCM/ECP Module including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management and Portal (ESS/MSS).
• Development experience in HCM/ECP Module or higher is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and payroll development.
• Experience with interface implementations.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum processes and HP ALM/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other Functional consultants.
• Develop, document, and deliver solutions with quality adhering to EY best practices.
• Participate in SAP HCM implementation life cycle: design, estimation, development, documentation, testing.
• Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure high standards of delivery.
• Coach business on solutions while coordinating with technical support for efficient design.
• Drive improvements in development processes, methodologies, and technology.
• Engage with customers during different project phases to ensure success.
