ATPI – Armored Transport Plus Inc. is seeking a Handyman to maintain and repair company facilities, offices, hubs, and branches. You will perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep sites safe, clean, and functional.
The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, including after-hours when needed. Travel to different branches may be required.

The Handyman is responsible for performing general repair, maintenance, and basic facility-related tasks to ensure that ATPI offices, branches, hubs, and other company facilities are safe, clean, functional, and properly maintained.
The position will provide hands‑on support for minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, repair, and other maintenance requirements. The Handyman will also assist in preventive maintenance activities and respond promptly to facility concerns as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Perform routine repair and maintenance of company facilities, offices, hubs, and other assigned areas.
Conduct minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, and general repair works.
Repair or replace basic fixtures such as doors, locks, hinges, shelves, faucets, light fixtures, switches, and other facility components.
Conduct regular inspection of facilities and identify maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize facility breakdowns and costly repairs.
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of office fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other facility‑related items.
Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical and plumbing concerns within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained.
Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used maintenance tools and materials.
Coordinate with the immediate supervisor regarding materials, tools, or specialized services needed for repairs.
Assist accredited contractors and service providers during major repair, construction, renovation, or maintenance activities.
Ensure that work areas are kept clean and safe after completing maintenance activities.
Immediately report major defects, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns that require specialized technical assistance.
Maintain proper records or work orders for completed repairs and maintenance activities.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and proper workplace practices at all times.
Observe proper safety precautions when handling tools, equipment, electrical components, and maintenance materials.
Assist in emergency facility repairs and urgent maintenance requirements when necessary.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or equivalent.
With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Staff, Utility/Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance Staff, or similar position is preferred.
With basic knowledge and hands‑on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, and general repairs.
Technical‑vocational training or certification in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, building maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of performing hands‑on maintenance work.
Willing to perform field work and travel to different ATPI branches, hubs, or facilities when required.
Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety‑conscious.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work beyond regular hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operational needs.

The Handyman is primarily a hands‑on and field‑oriented position. The employee may be required to work in offices, branches, hubs, warehouses, and other ATPI facilities.
The role may involve standing, walking, lifting or carrying maintenance materials, climbing ladders when necessary, and working in different environmental conditions while performing assigned maintenance activities.
The candidate must have practical knowledge and hands‑on experience in general facility maintenance, particularly in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and repair works, and must be willing to perform hands‑on tasks as required by ATPI operations.
