Job description

The Handyman is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of subdivision facilities and common areas. This includes basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other minor repair work to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on subdivision facilities (clubhouse, guardhouse, comfort rooms, etc.).
• Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works.
• Repair or replace fixtures, lighting, and hardware as needed.
• Assist with landscaping or ground maintenance when required.
• Respond promptly to service requests or reports from the Admin Office or Site Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Support other maintenance and utility staff in site operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical, Plumbing, or Building Maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Staff in a subdivision, property, or similar environment.
• Skilled in basic repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep).
• Physically fit, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably residing near or within Trece Martires, Cavite.
