Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs across offices and facilities. You will assist with installation, assembly, moving, and repair of furniture and fixtures, and conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs.

Maintain tools and work areas, respond promptly to maintenance requests, and support ongoing facility upkeep in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting and basic plumbing repairs.
• Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance across offices and facilities.
• Willingness to assist with installation, assembly and moving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry works including repair and maintenance of wooden fixtures.
• Perform painting works including repainting and touch-ups.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs on leaks, faucets and sinks.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report needed repairs.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and storage areas.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools; keep areas organized.
• Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff.
• Perform other maintenance and handyman duties as assigned.
